Freeway Pet Peeve: Slow Motorcyclists InTraffic
I drive in the carpool lane a lot during traffic (Yes Legally).
But one of my pet peeves is watching motorcyclists driving slow in front of me in traffic, not in back of me, not on the the side of me, in front of me.
Why do I have an issue with this? It's because I am stuck in traffic and cannot do anything about it, but the motorcyclist CAN, but is too much of wuss or something else to not go around the car in front of me and drive in between cars. I admit I am too much of wuss to drive a motorcycle because the fatality rate is just too scary to comprehend. But if you drive a motorcycle you must know the consequences and should have the cajones to always drive in between cars at all times. YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR CAR. Another reason why I hate driving behind a motorcyclists is because I usually have to give so much more room between me and the motorcyclist, making it so that I have to pay even more attention to my driving, rather than mindless traffic driving all the way home.
So Please Motorcyclists GO AROUND.

I DRIVE A LOT
Every blog needs a long explanation of it's existence, here is mine. This blog will be my rants and thoughts about driving. I am a seasoned driver in the Los Angeles and Orange county area.
My Driving Credentials: I have 150,000 miles in my 2005 Prius, that is 25,000 miles a year, 68 miles a day average, and 2.85 miles an hour. I drive about 3 hours a day 5 days a week, so 15 hours a week, 60 hours a month, 720 hours a year. I have been driving every day on this average since I got my license in 1998, making it 9360 hours of driving, after the end of this year it will be 10,000 hours of total driving.
The writer Malcolm Gladwell said in his book "Outliers: The Story of Success" that anybody that has done something for more than 10,000 hours is an expert at that something, which is why I believe I am truly an "Expert Commuter" if there is such a phrase.
